What Are Lumps In My Anal?

I am 18, male and I am gay! I have had anal sex and my arse hole started to sting after penetration. But after the we had sex I went to the toilet and wipe my bum and I felt some lumps, so I checked the toilet paper and it had a little blood on what do you think the problem is?

I need further information regarding your sensation of lump in anal region.how long you are suffering with this problem 2.)mention about your bowel habits ie constipation +/- .3.)is there any discharge from the lump ie pus discharge from anal region .After going through your history , first possibility is hemorrhoid but its must to consult general surgeon for clinical examination,second possibility is sexually transmitted diseases. my advise is to consult general surgeon and get treated promptly
