What Are Light Spotting And Low HCG Levels Indicative Of?
I am concerned about my pregnancy I missed my period on the 9th so I took a test on the 16th and it was positive but today I used the bathroom and when I wiped I saw light blood marks and when I wiped again I saw some spotting very light colored and also to small dark red blood clots so I went to the emergency room they took a urine sample and said my test was negative they took blood work and said that my hcg level was at 56 and very low and they did not find anything in my uterus on the ultrasound my question is am I still pregnant because the doctor told me it was a possible miscarriage

But now your gynaecologist, has done an trans vaginal ultrasound & found nothing in uterus means you have undergone miscarriage even before the ultrasound was done. Now you are not pregnant.
I know miscarriages can be very painful. You should try to concieve again. Next time you should be given hormone therapy, when you get pregnant to avoid this in future
