i have a runny noise, i have went to the bathroom alot today, my lower back hurts, im extremly tired, i walk up throughout the night. Could this be a sign that im preganant?

hi welcome to health care magic.first sign of pregnancy you missed your periods.then check urine hcg or by sonography to confirm your pregnancy.as you mentioned the complaints these are not sign of pregnancy it could be urine infectionor any kind of viral infection.

Hi,thanks for query.Your symptoms are very vague and does not point in any way towards pregnancy.You might have urinary tract infection and fever.Take analgesic tablet for this,drink plenty of fluids and proper rest.Please understand without missing periods diagnosis of pregnancy is not possible.
