Hii
There is no cholesterol in chapati. Infact no plant foods have cholesterol.Major dietary sources of cholesterol include cheese, egg yolks, beef, pork, poultry, fish, and shrimp.

Continue with the dietary modification that you have mentioned
Emphasize on taking a health meal as below:
. emphasis on fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains, there would
be adequate fiber to lower triglycerides.
. Cut back on pastries and high-calorie bakery products
(e.g., muffins, doughnuts).
. Select milk and dairy products that are either fat free or
low fat.
. Reduce salt intake
. Minimize your intake of beverages and foods with added sugars.
. Avoid alcohol and smoking
. Practice exercise on daily basis
