What Are Causes & Treatment For Whooshing Sound In Ears With Dizzines In Elderly?

ok. i am experiencing a whooshing sound in my ears coupled with light-headedness. i am 56...rheumatoid arthritis,lupus,iron deficiency,take plaquenil,prednisone,iron,rituxin infusions...the whoosing sound and dizziness are icreading and really bothering me. should i be concerned?

1.middle ear infection
2.euchtachin tube blockage
3.temporomandibular joint problems
4 . autoimmune inner ear disease
5.drugs like hydroxy chloroquine, anti hypertensives cause tinnitus.
