Hi, First of all get the blood sugar levels checked. If your mother is already taking medications for control of blood sugar, please have her monitored for the same. Avoid fruits like bananas, mangoes, chickoos, jams, jaggery, chocolates.

consult a dietitian to have a diet plan chalked out according to her individual requirements.

Homoepathic remedies like Syzigium Jambolanum 20 drops in 50 ml water twice daily, Gemna sylvester are helpful to control blood sugar. However proper case taking is required for individualisation and prescribing correct remedy.

Hi,thanks for qurey.If she is a diabetic then first and foremost is taking drugs for it.Secondly she needs to proper diet planning,avoid food with high sugar and over all diet control is must.Ask her to do regular exercise she is comfortable with.All this needs to be done on regular basis,then she will not have any problem.

hi welcome to health care magic.she should have low glycemic diet means fibrous fruit,oatmeal,peanut,beans,peas,drink unsweeten green tea,cinamom,avoid eating potato,rice,carbohydrate richfood,fast food.sleep well,do regular exercise,yoga walking.
