Wet Vagina With A Smell After Removal Of IUD And Mild Pain.

i had an IUD and i was told i had a lot of fluid hanging around when i had an ultrasound. i kept having pain but they told me the IUD was in place and everything was okay soon the pain disappeared for three months then i had it again which prompted me to have the IUD removed immediately at the emergency room. i was told i still had fluid but no one has explained why this was and after the removal of the IUD i am constantly wet down below and i smell. also every once in a while i get the same pain sensation only duller should i be concerned.
