Wet asthma and sleep apnea. Spitting paste. What are some questions to ask pulmonologist?

Dr. Greif: My husband was diagnosed with wet asthma and sleep apnea . He spits up copious amounts of what can only by described as wallpaper paste. His oxygen level was just discovered to be 88 in his sleep. What are some good questions to ask his pulmonologist?
