Weight loss, loose breasts, wants stiff, firm breasts. Treatment options?

I lost my weight. Because of that my breast become loose. So i just want that to be tight. ok.Now my age is 21. At the age of 17 my breast is so good.then i joined college hostel. So i lost my weight and also i lost my breast. My breast is 34 but it is loose.I need it stiff U can send me the answers to YYYY@YYYY

From history it seems that you are loosing weight.
First you require to find out the cause of loosing weight.
Consult your doctor and go for investigations and rule out any wasting disease.
If every thing is fine then go for high nourishing food, carbohydrate and fat.
Take plenty of milk, butter, cheese, ghee, panier, pulses, cereals, puddings.
These will help increasing your weight and help in building your breasts well shaped, well countered and hard.
