Weight Gain When Taking Paroxetine. Side Effects?

I am taking two paroxetine (paxil CR) 37.5 mg pills once daily for anti-depressent and was concerned about the weight gain, increased appetite side effect. When I take the medicine initially I feel a decreased appetite, but as the day goes on my appetite increases. This happens routinely everyday and now lately I have noticed weight gain. When I started taking paroxetine I was on the standard dosage of one 30mg (maybe 20mg) pill and didn't notice a change in mood, so I went up on dosage that I now am currently on. I have been on the upped dosage for a pretty good amount of time, but noticing these changing eating in the last month or so. It was a concern of mine considering I have been struggling with a weight problem since I was a young child. Over the past year or so have lost weight, gained back some, and then lost it again. The fluctuation of weight gain has gone up some and wondered about medicines having these kinds of effects. I searched WebMD, but to have another perspective on it would be good. Thank you for taking the time to read my question.
