Hi Subha / Partha
Welcome to Health Care Magic
They are two different things / and generally, there is no relation.
Vertin is alright for dizziness
- if it is from the ear. The inner ear
has the mechanism for balance.
Weak / tired feeling may mean you may be anaemic - check your haemoglobin
. Anaemia can cause this dizziness..
Anaemia, weakness with stomach pain may mean oozing from gastritis
- if so, the stool is tarry (black) and sticky. Check stool for occult blood.
See a Gastro-enterologist / have an upper GI endoscopy - Gastritis is confirmed or excluded.
See ENT doctor - Ear is the commonest cause for giddiness
In the mean time, continue vertin for giddiness.
Inhibitors like Omeperazole will greatly help gastritis.
Wishing speedy recovery
