Hello
Thanks for the query.

I would like to know your weight and height to know your body mass index (BMI), type of gastric problem and the nature of your stools (loose?, greasy?, voluminous?)
BMI is calculated as: Weight in kg/ (height in metres) raise to power of 2
If BMI is less than 19 then you are underweight.
The symptoms of feeling weak, hair loss, joint pain and feeling lethargic/ sleepy indicate undernutrition.

Since, there is associated digestion problem, there may be some kind of pathology in the absorption of the nutrients.
Thre are a number of causes which lead to malnutrition- celiac disease, celiac sprue, whipple's disease, pancreatic insufficinecy to name a few.

You need to vist a gastroenterologist for further investigations and management.
Investigations include- An ultrasound abdomen, stool examinnation, an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy & biopsy and serological test for celiac disease (tTGA).

I hope it helps.
