Weakness, difficulty in standing of toes. Had operation to remove piece of forceps post surgery for herniated disc. How can I get rid of this?

i had a surgery for herniated disc at L5- S1 in the year 2009,during that surgery a piece of ti p of the forceps broken remained there for three years ,but pain worsened 15 days back and i got operated again to remove the piece,but aftre surgery iam unable stand on my left leg toes and iam feeling weakness,how to get rid of this?

please discuss with your surgeon and take treatment .
