Watery Discharge, Pain In Right Ovary, Finishes Periods. Copper Coil Inserted Over A Year. Any Ideas?
Hi, I have had the the copper coil in for over a year now. I finished my period about a week and a half ago now. Today I have had alot of watery discharge and now I am feeling alot of pain in my right ovary. It feels as though I am about to start my period but I can't as I have only just finished. I just wish to know what this can be.

Severe pain might be due to ovulation on right side but white water discharge suggest some infection inside and pain occurs in pelvic inflammation.
Take nsaid with dicyclomin to subside pain and start proper antibiotic under guidance of your gynecologist.Vaginal tablet will be more helpful.
Take proper local care,avoid sex till get complete cure.
