Watering Eyes, Sore, Red, White Pus In Corner. Pink Eye?

yes my eyes started watering last night and this morning it is sore and as the day progressed it got even more sore and red now I have a small amount of white pus build up in the corner of my eye approximately every 4 minutes can you tell me what is wrong and how do I know if I have pink eye. However I have not been in contact with anybody with pink eye for the record thank you sincerely jasmine

Hello

It looks like you are suffering from acute conjunctivitis. You should wash your eyes with warm clean water 3 times a day and use some anti-biotic eye drops after washing the eye. Also, use an anti-biotic ointment before sleeping at night.

In case discomfort is too much, you can take some anti-inflammatory oral tablets for 2-3 days. This should relieve you of the symptoms within 48-72 hours.
