Wat Remedy Is Suggested For Obstruction In Windpipe With Hoarse Throat?

about 10 days ago my son got a piece of french fry stuck in his windpipe - after much coughing he managed to clear his windpipe but now he feels as if something is stuck in his throat and his voice is hoarsy he say his ears ache and his sinusis too can you shed some light on this problem thanks

due to edema he has this throat symptoms
sort of infection has started
he needs to use a course of antibiotics
penicillins preferred
sinus also got started with infection
this will also get relieved with anibiotics and antihistamine like cetrizine or levocetrizine( bedtime)
