Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
As long as you are not bleeding, not in pain and stable, we shouldn't give
methotrexate unless we are sure of an ectopic
pregnancy. It may have been a healthy pregnancy in it's early stage.
The symptoms you mention are non specific and can occur due to many reasons other than pregnancy. You may experience such symptoms just because you are waiting for pregnancy. Pregnancy is diagnosed only if there is a positive pregnancy test or if there is an
ultrasound picture.
These symptoms may be due to psychological causes,
stress for an example, after exclusion of organic causes by your doctor.
By the way I would like to tell you that too frequent intercourse may delay pregnancy. The best rate is every other day or twice weekly especially around the time of ovulation (days 11, 13 and 15).
So there is nothing to worry about and I wish you get pregnant soon.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
