Was Pregnant. Could Not Fine Baby. Had Methotrexate Shots. Now Feel Nausea, Hot Flushes, Cramps. Pregnant Again?

Found out I was pregnant January. Cold not find baby so I had methotrexate shots, two sets of shots. Had bleeding about the 15th then had my normal cycle on March 18th and again on April 19th which is good and on time. I had bodywork done checking every thing from rbc to sexual diseases and everything is excellent. Had an ultrasound of my uterus and ovaries on April 23rd and it looked great and even got to see my eggs in each ovary!! That was cool. So next step I had an exploratory hysteroscopy on April 26th per my request to make sure I was clear, which came out great. Nothing found. Doc said I was nice and pink and clear. I was cleared for sex in a week. So a week later May 1st we started having unprotected sex to try and conceive and this was right at my fertile time. It's now May 7th... predicted ovulation day was May 5th. I'm now feeling mild cramping. Had bad headache for two days. Off and on mild nausea lasting only a few minutes. Of balance slightly from time to time. Some breakouts on my chest which I never get. Hot flashes lasting about 10 minutes at a time and off and on cold feet. The cramping is what stands out the most. I feel like when I go to the bathroom and wipe I should see blood like I'm on my period, but nothing. And having mild anxiety and tension in my neck. Some days I feel tired and don't wanna do anything. Is it possible I could have a pregnancy in the works? Just not feeling 100% myself. A couple days I have felt great. Could I be getting pregnant? Oh also a couple mild 2 second pains in left ovary area.

Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
As long as you are not bleeding, not in pain and stable, we shouldn't give methotrexate unless we are sure of an ectopic pregnancy. It may have been a healthy pregnancy in it's early stage.
The symptoms you mention are non specific and can occur due to many reasons other than pregnancy. You may experience such symptoms just because you are waiting for pregnancy. Pregnancy is diagnosed only if there is a positive pregnancy test or if there is an ultrasound picture.
These symptoms may be due to psychological causes, stress for an example, after exclusion of organic causes by your doctor.
By the way I would like to tell you that too frequent intercourse may delay pregnancy. The best rate is every other day or twice weekly especially around the time of ovulation (days 11, 13 and 15).
So there is nothing to worry about and I wish you get pregnant soon.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
