OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Your sonogram report should be correlated with a clinical exam and is suggestive of multiple fibroids in the uterus. There is no mention about the left adnexa. You should get a complete evaluation by a specialist and plan the course of action to be taken further. You may need further scans, blood tests, hormonal profiles and local exam along with pap smear and a vaginal swab as part of a routine investigation. Hope this helps. Take care.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Kevin Manuel's  Response
Please consider the possibility of intramural/submucosal fibroids or leiomyomas in the uterus. Depending on your age, menstrual abnormalities and family status, a hysterectomy can be considered.
