Wants to lose weight, trying to conceive. Possible to lose weight during pregnancy?

Hi, I am 34 year old female. 5 feet 2inch. Weight 75 Kg. Planning for pregnancy. i dont have enough time to lose wight right now, as now our job situation and all that look okay for now. But thinking may be in summer time, I can go walks and use tread mill etc. is it possible to lose weight (fat) during pregnancy ? what would you suggest? Thanks in advance.

I personally recommend that you eat normally and regularly during pregnancy until you have given birth.

After that point you can focus more on how to lose weight in a health manner.

You are naturally going to gain weight during pregnancy and should.
