Wants To Grow Taller. Prescribed Peak Height, Heightgrowth Plus. Safe To Take?

Hi I am a 16 year old girl and am interested in growing a couple more inches. I was wondering if you d advise supplement pills (such as Peak Height, Heightgrowth Plus, ect). I m not so much concerned about wasting money, more concerned about the safety of it. It s worth a try if it won t cause any bad side effects. If you don t advise the pills, what are some other ideas to help me grow a few more inches? Thanks

nature set certain rules for the welfare of humans
growth hormone releases during a particular age group and the growth depends on genes,physical activities,diet ,environmental factors etc.
when increased amounts of growth hormone secretes in later age you may need to face many problems
and think about the pressure it causes on pituitary to secrete growth hormone...this may result in tumours in the brain,bones etc
please be carefull with hormones
never try to misuse them
what if you cannot control the amount that is being released

you are young so you can indulge in good exercises ,and take good diet so that even if genes do not permit,there are few chances that you grow
