When the user has taken it, he feels rather full even though he hasn t eaten or just ate a little of his food. My friend and the people s feed backs on the internet s saying they re having great results in days like loosing pounds and didn t feel any side effects. I m planning whether to use it or not but I need assurance! Please, help me! -Karl from Philippines

Dear Karl,

I make to understand that you want to reduce your weight and that is why your friend is recommending the product "Leisure 18, Slimming Coffee". The Food and Drug Administration of US Govt. says that this product contains sibutramine. Sibutramine is a controlled substance and has been removed from the US market for safety reasons as it is known to increase blood pressure and/or pulse rate.

I suggest that you seek professional advice rather than taking products on the recommendation of friends or lay press.

Wishing you the best.
