hi am haritha age 24,height 5 4,weight-58 i want to reduce weight with correct diet plans can u please suggest me good diet plans to reduce my weight with out reducing my face

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
You BMI is 21 , which is perfectly normally.Please calculate your waist hip ratio and if it is normal too , you dont need to lose weight.Even then if you would like to lose weight for cosmetic purpose , the best and healthy way to chose is to do aerobics , running , jogging along with diet which is rich in vitamins , proteins , low carbs and low fat.It is not advisable to skip meals or remove fat completely from your diet in order to reduce weight.
Weight reduction is possible in a healthy way only when the food consumption is balanced with activity and vice versa.Drink plenty of water , which would help in increasing your facial glow.

Diet specifically should exclude excess fats and easy digesting carbs like rice , ice creams , carbonated drinks.

55 kg is perfectly ideal for ur ht then too if u are having deposition at wrong places then u can include lots of fluids / coconut water/ fruits in diet along with the toning pilates exercise will help u to get in shape /tone ur muscles and make u look bold and beautiful
start: 2galss lukewarm water wit lemon + 2tsp methi+ neem powder
walking 30 min
15 min pilates(hundred/rowing/scissiors/squats)can search on net.
BF:EGGwhite omellete + orange juice+honey (avoid sugar)
11am : 1k kabuli chana /moong / matki / any sproted pulses
1 pm lunch :2 chapati
1k dal +1 veg
1k dahi
1 k salad
4 pm : green tea
snack : handful chana popcorn
dinner 7pm same as lunch within time if not possible after 8 try 2 have soups avoid all carb and fruits after 7 pm
bedtime: 1glass skimmed milk + 1tsp halim seeds (garden cress seeds should be soaked in water 10 min before consumption) .

hope it will help u alot
avoid having food watching tv
whenever possible use stairs /walking
during each exercise dont forget to hydrate urself
