is not a difficult task,the thing is that you have to be determined for your target. you should set small targets and achieve them gradually.You have not mentioned your height,age,sex and medical complication if any!Weight loss of 10kgs i.e.approx 20 pounds can be achieved in 2.5 mnths,by just monitoring your food and physical workout .Along with the nutritional diet plans you can include some of the kitchen herbs which will help in boosting your metabolism
like cumin,ajwain,fenugreek,coriander etc.Its not always good to quit carbs to loose weight,some blood gps really lose good on carbs.Excess protein diet may cause bloating
and overload on your kidneys. So u should opt for more of a balanced diet plans to lose weight depending upon your bodytype and routine.
