Loosing a couple of pounds is easy all it takes is a little bit of work.
Eat vegetables , cut out all processed foods , drink green tea, have 1.5-2 litres of water everyday. Plz do not stay hungry this will not help you get lean and its bad for your health too, what you can do instead is to hav small meals every 3 hours so as to boost your metabolism
( so in total hav 4-5 small meals a day).Avoid beef and lamb , have chicken breasts instead. Your skin problems should be solved with the green tea , it will help flush out the toxins.You hav to have your meals on time this is very important. Otherwise you will not get the results you desire also add some kind of cardio everyday like go for a brisk walk or joggin. You should lose weight in no time . Now about your cut i cant give you any info on it without taking a look consult a physician regarding this.
