Want To Increase Height And Physic. How Step Up Works, Any Side Effects?

Helooo Dr Taneja, I want to know how step up works and what are the side effects of it. I had seen many ads of this medicine where they talk about it benefits but not side effects. I am 30 Year old guy, weight 50 kgs and hight 5,6. Want to know how can it will help me to increace my height and physic. As i had seen it also help to increace body too. Please guide

Hello dear,

First of all, avoid consuming any over the counter medication which claim to boost your growth hormone & increase height...it may be harmful.

Height of an individual is determined by Genetics, Environmental & Nutritional factors and Hormonal factors (most important the Growth Hormone secreted by pituitary gland in brain)
An individual stops growing in height after the fusion of the Epiphyses (growth plates) of the long bones, which occurs by the age of 19-23 yrs in males.

And as you are already 30 yr old, height cannot be increased any further, except operative procedures.
