Want to improve skin colour. Is Glutathione injection safe?

Hello doctor :) am writing from India!am a female age 25,an MBBS graduate.i would like to improve my skin colour. As u know that iv glutathione is pretty famous now a days for the colour improvement techniques, I would like to ask u about the dosage and frequency I should the injections Also please tell me the side effects of high dose glutathione.i have been researching about the adverse effects on the Internet but could not get any trusted information! Thanx in advance

Hello dear, you must be knowing glutathione is an anti oxidant. Just like vitamin A. I am sure you wont give vitamin A injection to anyone without a specific cause :-)
so please dont go for this injection too. It has hepatotoxic potency.
I would suggest you natural sources of glutathione.
Apple and banana contain lots of it.
Also any vegetable that you eat raw like carrot is rich. So take these.
