hi there, the only abnormal parameter in your semen analysis seems to be low sperm counts which could be the reason for your wife not able to concieve. Also as the liquifaction time is increased that needs to be looked into. Kindly consult a gynacologist and the doctor will be able to give you the various options available with the low countslike IUI or IVF
