Welcome to HCM.
You are suffering from irregular delayed period (oligomenorrhoea) with hirsutism (abnormal hair grow).
It is due to PCOD and may interfere with pregnancy after marriage. It is one of the cause of infertility due to anovulation.
Need some investigation like USG lower abdomen, thyroid profile,PPBS,LH/FSH,blood estrogen & progesterone,Testosterone and DHEAS level etc.
Then consult with gynecologist with all test reports and take advice accordingly.
You also need to control body wt by regular exercise, avoid stress and fast food, need proper sleep.
For hirsutism, you may undergo laser therapy.
Be well.
