Want lean, ripped body. Done intermittent fasting. Can I burn body fat this way?

I want to get a lean ripped body. I looked into Intermittent fasting where I would fast for 24 hours maybe like 2 days a week but not consecutive days. Would I be able to burn body fat this way?? Would I lower my body fat percentage?? and build and maintain lean muscle mass??? Or what would be a better plan???

I do not think fasting is a right option. Rather eat multiple foods with smaller volume, of low calorie, drink lot of water, and green leafy vegetables. RUn half hour daily. fasting will promote more fat storage in body . Also try to avoid fat and sugar in diet as these will get stored in body.
