Want flat stomach and slim thighs in two months. Possible?

Hi, there. My name is Melissa. I am 15 years old and I am 5'8" and weigh 200 pounds the last time I weighed myself at the doctors (in December I think). I am going on a vacation in 2 months and wish to have a flat stomach. I have a fat stomach and flabby thighs as well as cellulite on the backs of my thighs. I do not appear to be overweight however I do have fat that I need to lose. For 5 days now, I have been eating a lot more healthily (I eat a banana and trail mix for breakfast, a sandwich and banana bread or a parfait for lunch, an range in health class, another sandwich when I get home (sometimes a Greek yogurt with it), and then whatever is for dinner in small portions) and 3 times a week, I do an intense 45 minute workout (2 sets with 24 reps of 18 exercises). I also drink 80 ounces of water a day and a cup of green tea with nothing added to help lose my cellulite and help burn calories faster. Do you think it will be possible to lose my tummy and slim down my thighs in time for my vacation in 2 months?

Hi Melissa,

You seem to be in the doing one thing right, addressing the issue. However you need to understand there is no quick fix in losing your weight in a healthy way. If something promises you to lose weight faster, then there's a catch. As per your height you can be between 122-164 lbs
I can draft a rough diet chart, don't do mono-diet, try to have all types of whole grains , fruits and vegetables in your diet. Make sure you have 6-7 small frequent meals with protein in every major meal. Cut down refined sugar, excessive use of oil. Switch for healthy options of oil like canola/ olive oil/ avocado.
Breakfast you can have, boiled egg sandwich/oats/granola with greek yogurt and a fruit/ vegetable frittata/ spinach omelette etc. Lunch may be salad with a lean protein n just a drizzle of dressing/ lean protein sandwich veges n fruit etc, dinner may be lean protein like tilapia/salmon/chicken with a small portion of farro/brown rice combined with vegetables. As snack you can eat trial mix/ boiled chick peas/nuts/ greek yogurt/ fruit/ bean dip etc. Continue to hydrate yourself with water and coconut water. Avoid caffeine and please do not starve!
You need to workout at-least 5 times a week for 60mins, alternating with cardio and strength training, this will help you tone your body. Happy healthy living!
