Walking Pneumonia, Raspy Sensation While Breathing

I live in Houston, TX and just about two months ago had walking pneumonia and even after a week of antibiotics I had to get another week of them because I still had a raspy sensation where the trachea divides as I breathed. That symptoms disappeared for about two weeks and is now back again. Any thoughts? I think it may be a fungus .

Hi Laduluc, welcome to H.C.M.Forum, fungus is a very rare cause in lung tissues .during pneumonia and typhoid, eosinophelia develops, and it tends to recurance, or the bacterial infection might have recured. consult a chest physician for diagnosis and complete treatment.thank you.
