I would advise you to visit a sleep specialist to help you out.
If you are waking up everynight with night sweats
, that would need evaluation with complete blood picture, thyroid
function test , blood sugar levels, blood pressure recording, ECG.
I would suggest you sign up for yoga/relaxation classes to help you feel relaxed.
Exercising late afternoons daily for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week might help you have a good sleep at night.
