Nor Sir, i want these for body health care vitamins purpose, for extra energy due to above over age 50.

then dont use these for vitamin purpose because these medicine has some side effects use some rasayan like chawanprash, brahma rasayana, ashwagandhadi rasayan which are purely ayurvedic and without any side effect and easy to take and for long and healthy life too..
