WELCOME TO HEALTHCAREMAGIC

Your blood sugars are within normal range. If you have any risk factors for diabetes, like Obesity, family history of diabetes, you can repeat the fasting blood sugars, if it is negative; you can go for 2 Glucose tolerance testing.

In my opinion you don't need diabetic now. I recommend a well balanced diet and daily exercise as preventive measures for both diabetes and heart diseases.
Regards,
Dr. Jagdish
