DEAR SIR/MADAM

YOU MIGHT BE HAVING DIARRHEA, WHICH IS CAUSED BY BACTERIA.
THE RISKS INCLUDES
1. ELECTOLYTE LOSSES WHICH MIGHT GO FOR SEVERE LEVELS
2. INCREASED WATER LOSS WHICH MIGHT LEAD TO HYPOTENSION AND DEHYDRATION WHICH MIGHT CAUSE MULTI ORGAN FAILURE.
AS IN CHOLERA - CHARACTERIZED BY RICE WATERY STOOLS.

THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT NEED TO BE FOLLOWED ARE
1. WATER INTAKE WITH ADEQUATE ORAL REHYDRATION
2. INCREASED INTAKE OF FRUIT JUICES
3. PARACETAMOL TWO TIMES A DAY.
4. OFLAXACIN WITH ORNIDAZOLE TABLET TWO TIMES A DAY.
5. BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING.
6. PROTON PUMP INHIBITORS WITH PROKINETICS SUCH AS PANTAPROZOLE WITH DOMPERIDONE BEFORE FOOD.
