Vomiting, watery stool, stomach pain, low grade fever, feeling weak. How to treat it?

Hi Dr. Christensen I have been throwing up all night and also a very runnie stool . My stomach hurts to the touch, and am running a low grade fever . Today my stomach dosen t hurt as bad but im scared to eat and feel really weak. Can you help? thanks Carolyn ps sorry to bother you but right now i have no cc card to pay, but thanks again for your offer to help.

YOU MIGHT BE HAVING DIARRHEA, WHICH IS CAUSED BY BACTERIA.
