Vomiting Sensation. Taking Zantac. Tests Showed Bilirubin Content, Cholesterol And Liver Functioning. Meaning?

Recently I got blood test(LFT) of my wife because she feels oftenly vomating tendency and to get relief she takes Zintac (Rantidine). The test report is below for your kind advise & also to get the proper treament.

Your wife's fasting blood sugar level is increased and cholesterol level is also slightly increased.
ALT is also increased and AST/ALT is You need investigations like sugar and ketone bodies in urine,Glycosylated hemoglobin , postprandial blood sugar level,viral markers and ultrasound of abdomen.
If fasting and postprandial sugar level is increased ,you need oral anti diabetic drugs and hypolipidemic drugs.
