Vomiting, Light Period, Abdominal Pain, Sore Nipples, Negative Pregnancy Test. Pregnant?
I have been throwing up for four days now and have a light period well pinkish blood and have lower abdominal pains and sore breast specifically my nipples are sore and i had a negative pregnancy test could i still be pregnant?

Thanks for the query.
In early pregnancy sometimes the urine pregnancy test kits may not detect the possibility.
And also just by symptoms we cannot confirm or exclude the pregnancy.
So better to do the test after one week of missed period or you can go for blood test after missing the period.
If the test comes negative the possibility of pregnancy is less.
And possibly the symptoms you are having could be due to premenstrual syndrome.
