Vomiting, Fever, Sore Stomach, Heartburn, Wrist And Finger Pain. Treatment?
I have been vomiting and running a fever between 100 and 103 the whole time. I haven t even been able to keep water down. Now fever is gone but my stomach under me breast bone is really sore and I have massive heartburn . And my wrist and fingers hurt so bad I can barely bend them. Should have mentioned this is day five.

1.the first one for stomach complaints may be PEPTIC ULCER;upper gastro intestinal endoscopy may confirm the diagnosis.
the possible causes include
-Helicobacter Pylori infection
-taking non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs,
-stress
-emotional upset
2.second possibility for wrist and finger pains may be RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS;
it is an autoimmune disease.
confirm with blood test for elevated RA factor,CRP,ASO trite,and ESR.
