Vomiting, Fatigue, Dizziness, Need To Urinate. Diabetes Or Pregnancy?

I have been sick past few days only vomiting twice I have fatigue and slight dizziness also all of a sudden I feel urgency to pee ...it feels kinda like I'm trying to start my period and have to pee at the same time and I've noticed all of a sudden I have motion sickness while riding in my car...but I don't have increased appetite although I do get hungry I just feel I'm on the verge of vomiting constantly...I'm afraid I may have diabetes or pregnant or something worse ..

Welcome to HCM.
Urgency and vomiting could be due to passage of small stone.
If there is missed period than go for urine pregnancy test.
Otherwise to confirm the the diagnosis , go for CBC,URINE,FBS,PPBS, and USG abdomen.Start treatment accordingly.
Consult your physician fpr better guidance and medical management.
