Vomiting, Achy Body, Unable To Keep Food Or Water Down

My girl friend is very sick at the moment. Last night she woke up very late and threw up a fair amount of blood . Since she has not thrown up any more blood but she cannot keep down any food or water. We went to 2 different doctors today and they both said she is fine. I asked them to draw blood and send it to the lab to get analysed yet the results wont come back for a little over a week. She is 18 years old about 120 LBS and works almost every day so she is in very fair shape. She says she is very achy and that she is also very hot right now. There is no chance of her being pregnant as we have not been sexually active and I know she has not been with anyone else. If anyone has any suggestions or even think they may know what it is so that the next time we go to the doctors I can ask them to check for it please respond. She is very scared right now she says this is the worst she has ever felt in her entire life.

Hi,
welcome to healthcare magic.
The most common cause of blood in vomiting is gastric ulcer, swelling of GI tract or swollen veins due to liver damage.
Let the blood report come to lighten the picture. Then you might need other tests.

Does she have any gastric problems earlier?Does she smoke or take alcohol? What color was the blood? (Bright red or like coffee grounds?)Any medicine she used tio take?
Wish her good health.

She drinks a ittle bit not a crazy amount she doesn't smoke. The blood that came up was fresh blood very red.She says she doesn't have any earlier Gastric problems. She stayed in the bathroom all night last night and this morning she says she is finally not dizzy and she is able to walk around but her entire body still aches very bad. She is on no meds currently or whiten the last month.
General & Family Physician Dr. Prahlad S. Patki's  Response
She needs to undergo gastroscopy to rule out gastric pathology. Please take your local doctors advice on this . In the meantime Antacids will help her out.
