Vomiting, Abdominal Cramps, Blood In Stool. Need A Medication For Pain

I believe I have food poisoning. I threw up everything in my stomach but everytime I lay down I start developing cramps and gas like pains in my abdomen and intestines. I seem to be having blood in my stool as well. it comes out a little bit at a time. The cramps are my main concern. I'm exhausted and cannot sleep because i of it. is there anything i can do to alleviate the pain?

Hi
Welcome to HCM

It seems that you are having gastroenteritis. you need to take antibiotics for elimination of infections. the abdominal cramps can only respond to antispasmodic like drotverine or hyosine compounds.

Thanks
Regards
