Vitiligo. Medicines Not Effective. Treatment?

Sir I had vitiligo from last 12 yeArs nd I had taken many medicines but it is stop for something but when the duration of medicine is finished it may appear more than the previous marks please suggest me the right way to cure this problem and suggest me which tests are essential for this. Sir if skin test or allergy test is doing that will be effective or help to cure this

Vitiligo is a difficult to treat disease.
Allergy testing is not useful. NBUVB is the latest treatment for sustained results.
Vitiligo can return after successful treatment.Maintenance treatments may be required for longer duration's.
Please visit a qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
