Virgin, had only one period in a year, discharge, constipation. Blood test, lower vaginal swab normal. What could be wrong?

I am 16, have only had one period in the last 12 months, I m a virgin so no chance of pregnancy. Have funny discharge and diarrhea/ constipation a lot. I ve had a lower vaginal swab that has come back normal and blood tests that have come back normal and I m having an ultrasound within the next few days, Do you know what s wrong?

most common reason for irregular periods in your age is due to PCOD polycystic ovarian disease,which can be confirmed by ultrasound and harmonal wait till your ultrasound result.
