Pediatrician, Neonatology 's  Response
Hi,

The ventricular dilatation needs close watch by serial scans .

It is difficult to predict the prognosis.

It will take time depending on the response to physio and speech therapies.

I would suggest that you do not send her to normal school now

Let her recover some more.

You can do home teaching till then.

God bless

Pediatrician Dr. Vikash Kumar Kedia's  Response
the answer to your question is only known to god.no one knows,no one can comment but as physiotherapy and speech therapy have improved her condition keep doing it and with time gradually she will become normal.with drooling of saliva still present she still needs care and nursing and it will not be a good idea to send her to school alone.wait and have patience with time everything will be perfect.may god bless her.
