Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Do you have any past or present history of Pulsatile headache with vomiting?
If yes, then there may also be possibility of associated migraine and treatment of migraine may resolve your vertigo.
In 99% cases, vertigo is inner ear in origin, while it may be neurologicalas it is persisting since two months.
You should consult with neurologist and should get thorough neurological ckeck up.
You should go for ENT examination also with ENT surgeon.
You should take Diazepam 5mg TDS and Phenargan on written prescription.
Take care,

Hi, Anu.
Thanks for query.
It seems that you might have some problem in your ears giving rise to vertigo.
Consult ENT specialist and get investigated.
After investigations he will go for the treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile you may take tablet Strugerone forte after consulting your doctor.
Ok and bye.

In my opinion you first consult your Orthopedic doctor and get investigated for Cervical Spondylosis.
Most likely it Cervical Spondylosis. Follow all the precautions for cervical spondylosis and watch, else consult your neurosurgeon for better advises.
Other diseases which can cause such type of symptoms are Postural Hypotension, Anemia.
Best Wishes
