Vertigo, Frequent Headaches, Neck Pain. Dne MRI And CT Scan. On Physical Therapy And Allegra. What Else Can Help?

I started with Vertigo about 8 months ago. Had crystals aligned by ENT and the vertigo stopped but dizziness kind of hung around in the background. Have had constant rocking, unbalance (feels like I am walking on a fun jump) for 8 months now. Seeing a hearing and balance specialist. Have had MRI, CT scan, blood work. MRI shows white spots that he tells me in indicative of migraines. Never had migraines but now have frequent headaches since I started with the balance problems. Said could be silent migraines and put me on Klonapin. I did not like the way Klonapin made me feel, so I stopped taking it. He referred me to a physical therapist. Have been seeing physical therapist for about a month now and they tell me I have to re-learn balance. Almost like a stroke victim. Though at first I though physical therapy was helping and maybe my condition was somewhat improving, I am just not quite sure as I still have some really bad days. I have brain fog and confusion as well. When I look down or look up, I have this pressure in my head, almost like my brain is moving around in there. It's hard to explain. I don't have any of these symptoms when I am driving or riding in a vehicle. In a vehicle I feel fine. I sometimes get very nauseated. I am a 47 year old female and other than Allegra D, I do not take any medications and take vitamins. I think my actual diagnosis was Centralized Vertigo and Mal de Debarkment Syndrome, silent migraines. Oh and I have neck pain on most days (which they tell me is common with balance issues). I just don't feel I am much better at all and I don't know what else to do and who else to see!! I am truly frustrated and just want to feel normal again!

Have taken note of your problems in detail.
You hav two issues one is vertigo another migraine.
Both can co exist which is happening in your case, referred to as Migraine associated vertigo or vertiginous Migraine.

In your case CT and MRI brain done its normal, hence structural brain lesions like tumor and strokes are ruled out hence your vertigo is due to peripheral origin.

You need two types of medication one for vertigo (short duration like 14 days)that is cinnarazine or meclizine combined along with anti migraine drugs like flunarizine or
propranolol for long duration like 6 months.

I would advise to once again consult ENT SPECIALIST AND NEUROLOGIST to perform
Crysatal realignment manuover (epleys) and then start medication.

If you hav any further queries I will be glad to address that, also mention your medications so far for above problems

Wishing you good health. .
