Vaginal Ultrasound Done. Adnexal Mass Found. Can Be Cured By Medication?

Iam 35 yr and unmarried. My recent ultrasound report says 'A solid, heterogenious lesion measuring 8.0x6.9x5.8cm in size is seen in right adnexa abutting the uterus. Suggestive of? Exophytic fribroid / Adnexal mass.Right Ovary not visualized.Left Adnexa: A cist of internal echoes measuring 6.4x7.1x6.0cm is seen in left ednexa. Left ovary is not seen seperately. No free fluid seen in cul-de-sac'. Kindly clarify: if above could be cured by medication?

Hello
thanks for your query.
the mass that you have mentioned would not be cured by medication.
It could be a fibroid ( tumour arising from the uterus ) or more likely tumours / cysts arising from both ovaries.
i would suggest that the next step is to consult a reputed gynecologist.
Laparoscopic surgery is the best recommendation for you.
The masses definitely need to be removed and sent for biopsy.
All the best.
