Vaginal Sores, Painful Urination. Taken Doxycycline, Acyclovir. Family History Of Cervical Cancer

I went to doctor he found sores in the vaginal area it is really painful when I urinate. He put me on doxycycline and acyclovir . He did cultures said it would be back in a week. there is a family history of cervical cancer and I recently found out that my partner has been with escorts for a better word . I have researched some but ....

Thanks for the query.
Cervical cancer usually won't present with vaginal ulcers.
Possibly you are having some vaginal infection.
Continue the tablets and wait for culture and sensitivity report.
By that the exact causative organism can be made out.
Both you and your partner should take treatment simultaneously.
Avoid intercourse till the completion of the treatment.
