Vaginal Discomfort, Brown Discharge, Itching
Okay well let me try to explain on June 24 I got my period right it was normal the. About like a week later we went swimming and I didn't shower right away and I felt discomfort in my vagina right I thought I was just because I didn't shower so even when I did shower it still felt Uncomfortable and it was starting to get itchy so then I notice like a brown discharge so I got scared because its always clear if any and yesterday I used the restroom at work and I had blood when I wiped now its go ne but the discharge is still coming out ..

Your discribtion about present complaint, suggests the discharge may be due to ..
* postmenstrual vaginal trichomonal infection due to negligence about hygine during menses.This infection affects both the sex partners ,and is associated with clear or curd like discharge......needs treatment of both partners orally as well as locally.
* The chlorine used for water purification may be in a bit excessive proportion, causing irritation of vagina ,itching, & brown discharge due to scratching. .....This needs just cleaning of the part, & local application of ointment containing Micanozol & hydrocortisone.
* sometimes swelling of glands in labia of vagina get swollen,itching due to 2ndry inf with fungus ,it may burst& abrown discharge is seen. ... This needs a systemic T/t along local cleanliness
I would advice you to consult a Gynac if no releif withlocal care & have a
proper guidence

it would be better you meet a doctor for
detail examination and at least a vaginal smear for microscopy,
pH and KOH tests in order for an appropriate diagnosis to be made
and effective treatment given.
Brown discharges like you have noted are not normal and usually could
be a sign of infection.
