Vaginal Discoloration, Symptoms Of Yeast Infection. What Treatment Should Be Taken?

i am a 28 year old african american female and inotice that i started having some vaginal discoloration my obgyn stated that is was called LAS which i am not sure what that is i have symptoms if a yeast infection my mom stated that i had this when i was younger she was informed that is was a skin pigmentation that might come backj in my adult life she said she was give 2% hydrocortizone what should i do
